How to Claim Your Warranty

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Claim:

    • Email our customer support team at support@flexivari.com with the subject line "Lifetime Claim."
    • Include a detailed description of the issue, proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt), and pictures of the product showing the defect.

  2. Assessment & Approval:

    • Our team will evaluate your claim within 3-5 business days.
    • If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair free of charge.

  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the defective product. Flexivari covers the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Additional Information

  • Each replacement or repair under the warranty is limited to one claim per order.
  • Warranty claims must be filed by the original purchaser of the product.
