How to Claim Your Lifetime Warranty
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Submit a Claim:
- Email our customer support team at support@flexivari.com with the subject line "Lifetime Warranty Claim."
- Include a detailed description of the issue, proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt), and pictures of the product showing the defect.

Assessment & Approval:
- Our team will evaluate your claim within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair free of charge.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the defective product. Flexivari covers the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Additional Information
- Each replacement or repair under the Lifetime Warranty is limited to one claim per order.
- Warranty claims must be filed by the original purchaser of the product.
