Flexivari Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@flexivari.com.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 12–18 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier processing, and other factors outside our control. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, deliveries may take slightly longer.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time on our Order Tracking Page.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost, delayed, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your tracking link for the most recent status update.
  2. Allow additional time for carrier processing, especially during peak periods.
  3. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, building management, or any secure locations near your delivery address.
  4. Contact your local post office if a package marked as delivered cannot be located.

With VIP Shipping Protection ($4.95): If your package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Without VIP Shipping Protection: We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages lost in transit.

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Flexivari is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or not retrieved from the delivery location.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@flexivari.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address or reroute the package.
