Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

Once you've made an order, our team immediately begins preparing your package. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing before your order is ready to be picked up for delivery.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@flexivari.com for assistance.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Secured And Tracked Shipping: 6–12 business days, depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 8 days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via our Order Tracking Page. For any questions or concerns about your shipment, please reach out to us at support@flexivari.com.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional shipping protection for a small fee of $3.95, which covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. This option can be deselected at checkout if you do not wish to purchase it.

Returns and Refunds

Flexivari Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Flexivari. Please read our return and refund policy below for any issues with your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale (FREE) items, shipping costs, or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Terms of Service — Mystery Box Purchases

For Mystery Box purchases, please refer to Section 6.1 in our Terms of Service.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
